With my business experience and awareness of market forces, I will help develop a pathway for achievement with your input. My career took off when I began to focus on building on my strengths.

Having led the merger of my company as an entrepreneur, I appreciate what founders go through and what it takes to survive and thrive.  Learn ways to achieve your financial goals by tapping into my broad industry experience.

As a first-generation immigrant, I learned to recognize opportunities and the skills required to succeed--in multiple industries, through different careers.

Launching an enterprise, growing it (despite swings in the economy), nurturing it, and disposition are all different parts of running a business. Having an impartial outsider may help you with candid insights for short and long term results--on your terms, at your pace.

Having taught business classes at Johns Hopkins University for part-time MBA, MS graduate students and consulted for Fortune 500 firms, I get to know my audience and tailor relevant content to their goals and needs.

  • Accountability to perform and do better--even if it begins with small steps.

  • Find a fit between your skills, personality to the marketplace (job outlook, regional demand).

  • Learn how to tap into local market trends using your skills and developing your direct network.

  • Looking to launch a new business or franchise? Go over pros and cons with someone who has seen businesses fail--even when operated by very educated and successful people. Learn from them. Most do not like to talk about failures or poor decisions.  Manage risk while experiencing growth and change.

  • Talking it over with someone helps you appreciate new angles. Student clients also get access to business ideas in emerging trends in proven markets.
